and I have to say, it wasn't that bad..now, I did go to make a batch of sweet tea and had to stop myself from putting the 2 1/2 scoops of sugar in it like usual..I just left it unsweetened, which I can tolerate..I felt pretty full all day..Dinner tonight was chili and chili makes me happy...The main time I've had a problem with wanting to snack is right now..late at night watching TV or on the computer..deep breaths..
